Early Life: Orville Wright was born on August 19, 1871, in Dayton, Ohio. He grew up in a family of inventive thinkers and learned mechanical skills from a young age alongside his brother Wilbur.

Aviation Pioneer: Orville, together with Wilbur, built the first powered, controlled, heavier-than-air airplane. On December 17, 1903, the Wright Flyer completed its first successful flight near Kitty Hawk, North Carolina, with Orville at the controls.

Later Achievements: The Wright brothers continued refining their aircraft, demonstrating reliable flight and earning patents that helped establish modern aviation. Orville lived to see airplanes become integral to transportation worldwide.

Legacy: Orville Wright passed away on January 30, 1948. The Wright brothers are celebrated as inventors whose work launched the age of aviation.
